Coaching & Mentorship Terms

    1. Confidentiality: Participants agree that all discussions, materials, and information shared during coaching and mentorship are confidential and should not be disclosed to any third parties.

    2. Intellectual Property: All content, resources, and materials provided are considered intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

    3. No Legal Advice: Information shared during coaching and mentorship is intended for informational purposes only and is not to be considered legal or professional advice.

    4. Respect and Professionalism: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with one another, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

    5. Limitation of Liability: Neither individual coaches nor Intro to Scoring are liable for any outcomes resulting from the advice, materials, or discussions in the coaching sessions.

    6. Termination of Agreement: Intro to Scoring reserves the right to terminate participation in the coaching or mentorship if any participant fails to adhere to these terms.

    7. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the coaching or mentorship, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
